Returns Policy

All purchases are returnable at the expense of the buyer. A full refund will be issued if goods received fully packaged and in perfect condition. Gait and Motion Technology reserve the right to refuse refund or offer partial refund based on the condition of the return item(s).

Damages

Gait and Motion Technology is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

All deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery is available checkout.  

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All orders receive next working day delivery free of charge. Saturday delivery available at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking 

On placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent. Tracking information will be supplied once goods despatched when using a tracked service. 

International Shipping Policy
