Returns Policy

All purchases are returnable at the expense of the buyer. A full refund will be issued if goods received fully packaged and in perfect condition. Gait and Motion Technology reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item(s).

Damages

Gait and Motion Technology is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

All EasyForce Performance orders are processed within 2-3 weeks.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All orders receive next working day delivery free of charge. Saturday delivery available at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking 

On placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent. Tracking information will be supplied once goods despatched when using a tracked service. 

International Shipping Policy 

Shipping available to all locations Except (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Belgium, France & Japan). The shipping fee will vary depending on location. For details on how to obtain products within the exempt locations please contact info@gaitandmotion.co.uk 

Customs, duties, and taxes 

Gait and Motion Technology is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
